Export invoice data

I would like to be able to export the list of invoices with company name, date, amount so as to match it with bank account statements. Add account number and message, and it can be used for initiating payments.

Support outgoing invoices or custom rules per VAT number

I would like to use it too for outgoing invoices, but would need a separate group with some custom 'contains' rules or something for that, or a way to make a group with its own rules for a specific VAT Number (of the client).

Add Billie in the context menu when right clicking a pdf file

Add an entrypoint to Billie when you right-click on a PDF, so that you could process it immediately instead of dragging it to the statusbar/ticket.

It would be cool if I could customize how the subject line looks when a mail action is added. For example: Invoice from Billie - {company_name}

Fully customisable file names

At the moment you can choose between 3 different filename pattern. Add the possibility to let us fully customise how the filename looks.

Add favourites for destination groups

It would be nice, if you could mark a destination group as favourite so it gets automatically selected on the result screen.

Billie is shown on the wrong screen

My setup is 2 screens which are arranged vertically (big screen on top, laptop underneath it). When I toggle Billie, the view is shown on the bottom of the big screen.

Multiple invoices from the same company on the same day

When you receive invoices from the same company (e.g webhosting invoices) on the same day, Billie creates the filename `date-company-copy.pdf`. It would be nice if Billie would handle this as `date-company-1.pdf`, `date-company-2.pdf`.

Add support for multiple companies

Add support for adding multiple VAT numbers that can be excluded when processing an invoice.

Add tagname / tag color

Allow destination groups to be linked to multiple companies

If you have multiple companies which receive invoices from the same supplier (e.g. Adobe), Billie should be able to execute the destination group specific to one of my companies based on the VAT number. My Company A -> Execute Destination Group A My Company B -> Execute Destination Group B

Accept picture formats

Allow to add pictures of receipts, even without any content recognition. Add them to a specific target group.
